We support smallholder farmer development, agribusiness value chains, food systems policy reform, and nutrition programs to combat hunger and build food security.

We deliver community health programs, health system strengthening initiatives, mental health advocacy, and policy support for universal health coverage in underserved areas.

We work to improve education access, quality, and equity through school governance reform, teacher capacity building, curriculum innovation, and skills development programs.

Gender equity is mainstreamed across all TCIC programs. We lead specific women's leadership initiatives, gender-responsive policy design, and GBV prevention programming.

We support WASH policy reform, community water governance, sanitation behavior change programs, and clean water access initiatives for rural and peri-urban communities.

We advocate for renewable energy policy, support clean energy enterprise development, and design programs that expand energy access for communities excluded from the national grid.

We drive employment creation through enterprise development, vocational skills training, labor policy advocacy, and youth economic empowerment programs that build productive economies.

We support infrastructure policy reform, innovation ecosystem development, and digital transformation strategies that build the productive capacity of Nigerian industries and institutions.

We center equity in every program - designing inclusive policies, disability-responsive programming, and targeted interventions for marginalized groups to close inequality gaps.

We support urban governance reform, informal settlement upgrading advocacy, smart city planning, and resilient urban infrastructure design in Nigeria's rapidly growing cities.

We work with businesses and governments to build circular economy frameworks, sustainable procurement systems, and consumer education programs that reduce waste and promote responsible use of resources.

We support climate resilience planning, NDC implementation, climate finance access, and nature-based solutions to help communities and governments adapt to and mitigate climate change.

We engage fishing communities on sustainable practices, support blue economy policy development, and advocate for ocean governance frameworks that protect aquatic ecosystems in Nigeria's coastal zones.

We promote biodiversity conservation policy, forest governance, land degradation neutrality programs, and sustainable land management practices with farming communities and government agencies.

Peace and justice are foundational to our work. We design peacebuilding programs, support justice sector reform, strengthen accountability institutions, and build inclusive governance systems.

Partnerships are our operating model. TCIC convenes multi-stakeholder coalitions, builds South-South learning networks, and mobilizes domestic and international resources for Africa's development priorities.
